On April 18, 2024, CLIIN Robotics, alongside a delegation of prominent Danish maritime companies, convened at Seatrim Yard in Singapore to delve into the realm of green maritime technologies.

The delegation, spearheaded by Danish Ambassador to Singapore, Mrs. Sandra Jensen Landi, engaged in discussions with Seatrim's CEO, Chris Ong, and several key representatives of the renowned yard group, which emerged in 2023 from the amalgamation of Sembcorb Marine and Keppel Offshore & Marine. With shipyards spanning across Singapore, Brazil, the US, UK, Norway, Philippines, China, and Japan, Seatrim presented its robust portfolio of shipbuilding and offshore activities, emphasizing a resolute commitment to advancing green initiatives within the maritime sector.

Accompanying CLIIN Robotics were notable Danish enterprises including Eltronic FuelTech, C-LEANSHIP, PureteQ A/S, ALLSET Industries, MAN Energy Solutions, and Blue Water Shipping, collectively representing Denmark's cutting-edge prowess in maritime innovation.

During the visit, discussions pivoted around Seatrim's ambitious green transition agenda and its enthusiasm for enhanced collaboration with Danish maritime suppliers. Mr. Bjarke Wiehe Bøtcher, Director of International Affairs at Danske Maritime, underscored the Danish maritime industry's competencies in delivering sustainable solutions, energy-efficient equipment, and state-of-the-art technologies geared towards optimizing shipyard operations.

CLIIN Robotics extends its gratitude to Seatrim for the insightful engagement and acknowledges the collaborative efforts of the Embassy of Denmark in Singapore and Danish Maritime in orchestrating this impactful endeavor.
